Brief Overview: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role involves managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and train restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
Develop and execute initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Analyze customer preferences and adjust the menu and promotions to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze financial data and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health/safety regulations.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and revenue management.
