Job Title: Full Stack Developer (PHP Laravel) with ERP Experience
Salary: Total Package - 600 KD

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in PHP Laravel and a minimum of 12 years of experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on ERP systems, with a preference for those who have worked on supermarket ERP systems. As a team leader, you will guide a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Stack Development:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solutions.

- ERP System Management:
Work extensively on ERP systems, with a preference for experience in supermarket ERP systems. Customize, enhance, and maintain ERP modules to meet business needs.

- SQL Server Management:
Design, manage, and optimize databases using SQL Server. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient performance.

- Team Leadership:
Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.

- Consultation:
Act as a consultant within the company, offering expertise and recommendations on best practices, system improvements, and new technologies.

- On-Call Support:
Provide after-hours support as needed, ensuring system uptime and addressing any critical issues that arise.

Compensation Package:

- Basic Salary: 300 KD
- On-Site Allowance: 80 KD
- Team Leader Allowance: 30 KD
- Consultant Allowance: 30 KD
- After Duty Call Allowance: 60 KD
- Accommodation: 70 KD
- Transport: 30 KD
- Mobile, Internet & Phone Number: Provided by the company

Total Package: 600 KD

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in web application development using PHP Laravel.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, with a proven track record of managing complex databases.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Extensive experience working on ERP systems, with a preference for supermarket ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
