Job Title:
1. Production Manager For Aluminum Company. (Applicant from Local Kuwait and India Both Can Apply)

** Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations. As a key member of our leadership team, the Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

*Key Responsibilities Are As Follow:*

1. Production Planning and Execution:
> Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of aluminum products while optimizing resources.
> Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline production workflows and minimize downtime.

2. Quality Assurance and Control:
> Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold product quality standards and meet customer specifications.
> Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

3. Process Improvement:
> Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in production operations.
> Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall operational performance.

4. Team Leadership and Development:
> Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
> Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among production teams.

5. Health and Safety Compliance:
> Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a safe working environment.
> Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

6. Budget Management:
> Develop and manage production budgets, monitoring expenses and resource utilization.
> Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve budgetary targets.

7. Inventory Management:
> Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
> Optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and inventory holding costs.

8. Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
> Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the aluminum manufacturing industry.
> In-depth knowledge of aluminum production processes, equipment, and technologies.
> Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving production goals.
> Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
> Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
> Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
