Pool Technician – Ref. P01
•Secondary school, mechanical diploma, ITI, or equivalent.
•5-7 years of experience in pool system maintenance and
pump room operations.
•Maintain and troubleshoot pool pump room equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of filtration, heating, disinfection, and circulation systems.
•Regularly inspect and maintain pool heaters, filters, and chemical dosing systems to prevent failures.
•Ensure proper operation of the chemical dosing system for pool hygiene and safety, maintaining optimal water quality for guests.

Mechanical Technicians – Ref. P02
•ITI / Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
•5-7 years of experience in water treatment, pool systems, and large water features.
•Expertise in pumps, filtration systems, and greywater treatment plants.
•Maintain pumps, filtration units, and chemical dosing systems for greywater recycling and pools.
•Inspect and maintain pumps, valves, and water jets for slides and water attractions.
•Troubleshoot and maintain wave-generating equipment for safe and consistent operation.
•Ensure safe water levels and proper maintenance of filtration and sanitation systems.

Building Automation System Technician – Ref. P03
•ITI / Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic systems.
•Strong knowledge and understanding of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose problems, and repair BMS-related problems.
•Ability to respond to and resolve alarms and system alerts, ensuring that the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently.
•Extensive knowledge of DDC panels, BACnet, and Lon talk controller.
•Good Experience with BMS network systems and field devices.
•Ability to read and understand BMS drawings.
•Proficient with computer OS and BMS application software.

HVAC Technician - Ref. P04
•ITI / Diploma or equivalent in AC & Refrigeration.
•Between 5 – 7 years of experience in HVAC systems.
•Troubleshoot and repair Chillers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, chemical dosing, AHU, RHU, and FCU.
•Troubleshoot and repair all HVAC systems including ducting, VAV, DX units, mini splits, fresh air, and exhaust fans.

Electrician – Ref. P05
•ITI / Diploma or equivalent in electrical certification.
•Between 3 – 5 years of experience in electrical systems.
•Operation and maintenance of LT room, MLTB, ACB, bus coupler, MSB, SMSB, EMSB, ESMSB, MCC, and DB
•Ensure functionality of the standby generators, ATS, Bus ducts, starter panels, and control panels.
•Manage and solve all related electrical issues of all kinds of light fittings, fire dampers, smoke extract fans, and fire alarm panels.

Plumber – Ref. P06
•Secondary school, mechanical diploma, ITI, or equivalent.
•Between 5 – 7 years of experience in plumbing systems.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of wastewater plant, pools pump and filtration system, sump pumps, irrigation pumps, lifting pumps, sewage, storm, brackish water tanks, pre-filtration pumps, booster pumps, backwash filters, firefighting pumps, and firefighting/plumbing network.

Control Technician – Ref. P07
•ITI/ Diploma in Electrical and Electronic certification or equivalent.
•5 – 7 years of experience in Low voltage and microcontroller-based control systems.
•Ability to read and understand block, schematic, and control-related documents.
•Conduct daily inspections on the control system to make sure they are functional.
•Supervise all the control-related work to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
•Must have sound knowledge of Starter, BMS system, electronic, and electrical control panels.

Arab Female Receptionists – Ref. P08
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
•3-5 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
•English and Arabic proficiency is a must.
•Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, provide information on project amenities, services, and activities, ensuring guests are fully informed and satisfied.
•Address guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
•Answer phone calls and social media inquiries promptly.

Marketing Officer – Ref. P09
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
•English and Arabic proficiency is a must.
•Plan, coordinate, and implement promotional campaigns, including online advertising, social media, and print materials in both Arabic and English.
•Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, and blogs.
•Organize events and marketing material, monitor and report on marketing activities, providing insights on campaign performance and guest engagement.

Male and Female Certified Lifeguards – Ref. P10
•Certified lifeguard with valid lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid certifications.
•Ability to communicate in Arabic is preferable.
•2-4 years of experience working in pools or beach environments.
•Prepared to respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and perform CPR when necessary.
•Enforce safety regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests in water areas and providing guests with information on water safety guidelines.
•Conduct daily inspections of pool and beach areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.

Transferable residency is a must (candidates with government project visas can apply)
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
All technical posts are required to communicate in English, Arabic is desirable.
All posts require adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
All posts require flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
All technical positions require the ability to read engineering drawings.
