HME FLEET MANAGER (SALES, MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE)


We are looking for an experienced HME Fleet Manager to oversee sales, fleet operations, and compliance with HSE guidelines and oil and gas gate pass requirements. The role also includes daily reporting and achieving monthly targets.

### Job Description:
The HME Fleet Manager will manage fleet sales, operations, and compliance, while submitting daily reports on fleet performance, sales, and budgets. The manager is responsible for achieving a monthly contract value target of 50,000 KWD.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HME fleet sales and manage client relationships.
- Oversee fleet operations and ensure HSE compliance.
- Submit daily reports on fleet, sales, and expenses.
- Manage budgets and lead the team to meet targets.

### Compensation:
- Salary: 1,200 KWD
- Car allowance provided.
- Monthly target: 50,000 KWD.

### Qualifications:
- Experience in HME sales and fleet management.
- Knowledge of HSE and gate pass procedures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
