FINANCE MANAGER (Male) (High Priority)
Assigned Hours: 5-DAYS PER WEEK, 8-HOURS PER DAY.
• SALARY RANGE:
1000 – 1500 DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

Type of qualifications (group, PT, specialized in….) & Requirements:
• Master, Bachelor of science in accounting, Finance.
• CFA, CMA, CFC, IFR, CPA …...etc.
The essential duties and responsibilities expected of the employee
• Managing daily cash balances.
• Ensure timely and accurate implantation of company's short- and long-term financial
operations.
• Ensure timely and ccc urate implementation of the organization's financial management
reporting systems for the company, in accordance with the agreed upon policies and
procedures.
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
• Preparing and presenting financial at reports for meetings and investors.
• Work with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss
performance by business u nit and on consolidated basis.
Creating solutions to new financial challenges by app lying financial/treasury knowledge.
• Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
• Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
Responsible for supervising the work of, other members of staff within the Finance
Department
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate
level of control over Finance Department activities.
• Report the fiscal profit/loss incurred on yearly or weekly basis.
• Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within
and outside the company.
• Interact with senior management and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every
month /year.
• keep abreast with changes regarding financial regulations and legislations.
• Maintains a favorable business relationship with all employees
/si1ppliers/HOD’s/managers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working
climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee productivity and a positive brand
reputation.
• Handles all allocated tasks in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional
manner
