Job Advertisement: Front Desk

*Position:* Front Desk (Male & Female) (High Priority)
*Employment Type:* Full-Time
*Assigned Hours:* 6 Days Per Week, 8 Hours Per Day (Based on Scheduled Shifts)

*Salary Range:*
- **Female:** 320 – 400 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- *Male:* 300 – 350 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- *Monthly Commission:* Based on yearly commission structure and monthly sales targets.

*Nationality Preference:*
- Kuwaiti, Arab Nationalities
*Years of Experience:*
- Minimum 3 Years

*Age Group:*
- Maximum 35 Years

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication with staff and members.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
- Functional computer skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet members and guests promptly and with enthusiasm.
- Provide security and control at the front desk.
- Check-in members and monitor guest registration.
- Address and follow up on telephone inquiries and messages.
- Direct guests to fitness consultants and manage appointments.
- Handle retail and concession sales.
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
- Reserve time for gym activities and process sales transactions.
- Clean and maintain the front desk area.
- Log maintenance concerns and report incidents to management.
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
