*Job Title:* Marketing Executive (Female)

*Location:* Kuwait

*Working Hours:* 5 Days per Week, 8 Hours per Day

*Salary Range:* KWD 500 – 700 (Depending on Experience)

*Nationality Preference:*
- Kuwaiti, Arab Nationals

*Age Limit:*
- Maximum 35 years old

*Experience:*
- 1 – 5 years of experience in marketing, digital media management, social media platforms, public relations, or working in a marketing agency.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong experience with managing digital media, social media, and public relations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans and promotional materials.
- Create and manage public relations campaigns; monitor and recommend improvements.
- Track and analyze marketing data, evaluating the effectiveness of advertising and marketing programs.
- Ensure timely execution of strategies according to media plans and budgets.
- Coordinate advertising materials with business teams to ensure uniformity across marketing efforts.
- Manage and develop social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Engage with social media followers, influencers, and brand partners to foster organic growth.
- Cultivate business-to-business partnerships for collaborative promotions and giveaways.
- Plan and execute quarterly digital marketing strategies and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Assist with maintaining the company's digital content archive (images, videos, etc.).
- Work with graphic designers to create branding and promotional materials.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external brands for events, sponsorships, and promotions.
- Organize and execute marketing events and all Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities.
- Collaborate with associated marketing agencies to ensure deliverables are met.
- Develop partnerships to enhance brand presence and lead generation.

*Skills Required:*
- Experience with digital platforms, including content creation and execution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new marketing trends and techniques.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (bilingual).
