Observe their performance
Quality of daily cleaning
Staff uniforms and clean
Follow up with Kitchen staff ( cleaning - daily and weekly orders purchase - Stock )
Follow up with the Mam ( house Mama ) for her daily appointment ( registration )

daily working hours 9 hours - include break and meal
Transportation ( Depend on your area )
9 am to 6 pm
one day off
