We are seeking an experienced and creative Baker Chef specializing in traditional European baked goods. Our bakery is known for its authentic European breads, pastries, and desserts, and we’re looking for a passionate baker to continue delivering the highest quality. As a Baker Chef, you will lead the creation of artisanal breads, classic pastries, and seasonal specialties that reflect European traditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Craft and bake traditional European items, including baguettes, croissants, brioche, sourdough, pretzels, Danish pastries, and more.
• Develop and execute authentic recipes with a focus on flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every product, adhering to European baking techniques and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and manage inventory of specialty European ingredients.
• Stay updated on trends in European baking and innovate with new ideas while respecting traditional methods.
• Manage baking schedules and ensure all goods are fresh and ready for early morning service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal specialties and signature items.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

-Proven experience as a Baker Chef, preferably in a European-style bakery.

-Strong knowledge of artisanal techniques, such as sourdough starters, lamination, and fermentation.
