Kira Marketing Agency is looking for a highly motivated Commission-Based Sales Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping businesses grow through tailored digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and close sales opportunities for Kira’s digital marketing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, particularly businesses in Kuwait.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Kira’s services, including digital marketing strategies, social media management, SEO, PPC campaigns, and web development.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by bringing new clients onboard.
• Collaborate with the Kira team to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates on potential leads.
• Attend regular virtual meetings and sales training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own leads and sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of the Kuwaiti market is a must.
