• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Good in Arabic
• Good computer knowledge
• Preferably 2-5 years Salon’s experience

• Presentable and Punctual
• Committed to work under pressure
• Can handle multitasks if necessary
• Capable to work with multicultural team


• Give a warm welcome to the customer
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous service at all times
• Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times
• Capable to handle customers in professional way
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointment’s reservations and guest concerns and support the company for smooth business operations
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests
• Sending night report every day
