We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator cum Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient communication, and providing support to our drivers on-site. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for logistics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Read and respond to emails promptly, maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, drivers, and clients.
Order Tracking: Monitor and record daily drivers’ orders, ensuring all logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Sales Tracking: Track daily cash sales and ensure accurate reporting for financial records.
Driver Support: Follow up with drivers to address any issues or challenges they encounter on-site, providing guidance and support as needed.
Data Management: Utilize Excel and other software to analyze data, derive insights, and report on operational performance.
Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve logistics goals.
Cultural Sensitivity: Work effectively across diverse communities, understanding and respecting cultural differences.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of cross-cultural communication practices.
Additional Requirement: A valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
