Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain client relationships, offering tailored logistics solutions.
• Coordinate freight forwarding operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure seamless coordination between operations, sales, and customer service teams.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and transportation processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
