Position:
Contract Manager cum Legal Advisor
Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Legislative Law (LLB) or Equivalent Degree
Overseas & Local candidates can apply
Experience : Minimum 6+ years’ experience in relevant field
Job Description:
• Strong experience in construction industry and legal background.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of industry-specific and general commercial contracts between the different parties involved in a project
• Guiding clients through various forms of dispute resolution, up to and including litigation, when contracts are breached and other issues arise around the project.
Position:
Safety Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Should have certification for the successful completion of industrial safety courses and training records from recognized instutions.
Should have Kuwait driving License.
Minimum 1 previous Safety Engineer approvals from any of the K Companies as, JO approval will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/maintenance of tanks. vessels and pipeline facilities in Oil/Gas Industries.
Manage and coordinate health and safety programs and initiatives.
Develop health and safety policies and procedures.
