6. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
7. Expertise in electrical and plumbing work.
8. Experience in house-related maintenance tasks such as air conditioning and basic carpentry.
9. A valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
10. Fluency in English is required.
11. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
12. Basic experience in managing tools and spare parts for maintenance tasks.
