Job Vacancy

1. Demi Chef (hot & cold section)
Cold Section:
-Prepare cold mezze such as hummus, tabbouleh, fattoush, baba ghanoush, and labneh.
-Ensure freshness of ingredients like vegetables, herbs, and sauces.
-Plate and present cold appetizers with attention to traditional style and taste.
-Maintain hygiene in food storage and preparation areas.
Hot Section:
-Cook hot mezze and mains such as grilled kebabs, shawarma, falafel, kibbeh, and manakeesh.
-Monitor cooking times and temperatures for consistent quality.
-Assist with grilling, roasting, and sautéing, following traditional methods and recipes.
-Support in meal plating and ensure the proper presentation of hot dishes.

Commis 1
-Assist in food preparation by cleaning, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
-Prepare ingredients for both hot and cold dishes, ensuring freshness and accuracy in portioning.
-Maintain kitchen hygiene, including cleaning workstations, tools, and equipment after use.
-Ensure proper storage of ingredients, particularly fresh herbs, meats, and vegetables, to preserve quality.
-Follow food safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Note: Applicants must have at least 2-5 years of experience as a demi chef, & commi 3 from a restaurant specializing in Lebanese, Palestinian, &Arabic cuisine.
