Urgent requirement for Area Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager in the culinary field in Kuwait City. The
Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, strong knowledge
on Food cost reduction plan and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, optimizing processes
for efficiency, and contributing to the development of new concepts. Collaborating with various teams to
drive operational excellence and quality service delivery will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications:
• Area Management, Staff Supervision, and Process Optimization skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP system (Microsys)
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Experience in handling more than 8 cloud kitchens with a central kitchen operation
• Strong knowledge of online platforms aggregators
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills to examine data from all angles to make informed business
• decisions
• Knowledge of the local market and the F&B Current trend.

• Customer engagement skill
• Minimum 03 to 05 years
• Arabic speaking
• Handling cloud kitchen
• Handling catering
• Food menu engineering
