Job Responsibilities

Customer Service:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect treats for their special occasions.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Sales:
Actively promote our products and services to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Suggest appropriate products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

Order Processing:
Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Manage customer accounts and track order history.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up.
Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
Kuwaiti Accent is preferred
