Rituals Beauty Salon in Kuwait announces its need to appoint a qualified and experienced Executive Manager to join our distinguished team.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the salon and ensure providing distinguished services to customers.
- Supervise and direct the work team to achieve optimal performance.
- Improve and develop operating strategies and raise the level of service provided.
- Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure achieving financial goals.
- Excellence in following up, directing and activating the customer service department.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase the customer base and enhance presence in the market.
- Supervise training programs and develop team skills.

Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a professional beauty salon or similar facility with hundreds of employees.
- Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Broad knowledge of trends and developments in the beauty industry.
- High communication skills and the ability to build distinguished relationships with the work team and customers.
- Experience in following up on human resources management, including recruitment, training and development.
- Ability to work under pressure and set priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
