Description

Responsibilities

• Verifies Vehicle Sales Invoices and its supporting documents.
• Verifies all Vehicle Cash Sales invoices are fully settled and accounting posting done as per accounting standards.
• Performs reconciliation of Vehicle Deposit Account.
• Raises New Vehicle Internal Invoices based on the supporting from Sales.
• Supports various other roles of the accounting function as and when required by the Management.
• Create New Receivable Accounts for all type of receivables as per the request and approval from concerned Dept.
• Receive Sales Invoices for Finance Co. along with supporting documents and verify it.
• Review the sales invoice related to leasing and buyback; and prepare necessary documents per IFRS and pass JVs in the system.
• Prepare the working for the deals.
• Submit the Finance Co. related invoices along with the consolidated delivery note to the respective Finance Co. thru the Bill Collector.
• Co-ordinate with the concerned Dept. for the awaiting Invoices, Invoice related issues and Payment related issues.
• Monitor periodically Post Dated cheques and instruct the Head Cashier to submit it to the Banks for encashment on the due dates.
• Prepare vehicle discharge note after final payment of Post Dated Cheques and Promissory Notes; and forward it to the Sales Dept.
