We have immediate Opening Sr. Machinist
Duties and Responsibilities
• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.

• Operation of manual lathes (horizontal & vertical) and milling machines to create parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
• Setting up and adjusting machine controls to ensure accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of metal parts.
• In depth knowledge in the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy including Furmanite clamps.
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure compliance with the quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to complete scheduled tasks in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Knowledge of using measuring instruments
• All type of threading knowledge (UNC, UNF, MM, INCH, ACME, NPT, …)
• All type of operation knowledge (Turning, milling, slotting, threading ….)
• CNC lathe machine experience (operation, programming, setting & maintenance.
• Ability and willingness to work in confined areas.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at high elevations.
• Availability for callout during off hours.
• Willing to work in shifts in shop as well as in field work.
Skills and experience
• Diploma in Mechanical/ Technical trade certificate is required.
• Proven minimum of 15 years tradesman in operating manual lathes and milling machines, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Highly skilled at setting up, operating, and machining large work pieces.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills.
• Age limit not more than 45 years with good physical fitness.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated positive safety attitude and willingness to work within the scope of team concept.
