We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer to independently manage the design aspects of a large-scale project. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for professionals who are currently between jobs and available for immediate engagement.

Requirements:

1. Strong background in infrastructure design and project management.
2. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the design phase.
3. Able to take design approval from ministries and manage meetings with them.
4. Must be based in Kuwait and available for immediate start.
Preference: Candidates who are currently unemployed will be prioritized.
