We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Customer Care Representative to join our team at a premier ladies salon (home service) in Sabah al Salem. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and manage appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, prices, and salon policies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
- Manage the salon's calendar, including rescheduling and cancellations.
- Assist in maintaining the salon's cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computers and salon management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer care.
