Description

Manufacturing Company in Sabhan urgently looking for below positions:

1. Machine Operator (EPS- Expandable Polystyrene)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Setup and adjust machine parameters to produce products that meet high quality standards as per ASTM procedures.
• Adjust, calibrate and inspect the equipment/machine at the beginning of the shift to ensure appropriate pressure, speed, temperature and general operation etc.
• Responsible to ensure the machine is operating efficiently while producing product that conforms to quality standards.
• Work with team members, supervisors and all related personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wastage of time and materials.
• Communicate with fellow team members for any equipment/machine problems or malfunctions, and ensure related repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace/maintain all defective, broken or worn-out components.
• Maintain and conform to occupational safety & health standards (OSHA), quality, PPE and housekeeping requirements.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Technical qualification/ITI certification/Diploma.
• 3-5 years as Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) machine operating experience will be an added advantage.
• Plastic industry experience will be an advantage

2. Skilled Worker
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform Packing, Cutting & housekeeping activities in the plant & warehouse.
• Directing the unskilled labour.
• Lift and carry items/goods as needed.
• Arrange the materials while production & inventory/counting as per production packing.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse space.
• Assist in Production as required.
Qualifications and requirements:
• High School or ITI Certificate
• 5 to 6 years of work experience in a manufacturing industry
• Basic English verbal communication skills.
