Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor Engineer to join our dynamic team at our carpentry factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring that both design specifications and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of fit-out works, woodworking, and proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities between designers, carpenters, and welders.
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Oversee all fit-out and woodworking projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Guide and mentor craftsmen, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent of diploma and experience in the same field
• Proven experience in project supervision, specifically in carpentry and fit-out works.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a workshop environment.
