Commis 3 - Vegetable Section

Job Responsibilities:

-Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables for various dishes, following recipes and portion sizes.
-Inspect vegetables for freshness and quality before use; report any issues to the supervisor.
-Assist in managing the vegetable inventory by tracking stock levels, labeling, and rotating produce using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
-Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and storage, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Steward -Dispatch Section

-Ensure that all food items are accurately packed and prepared for dispatch according to orders and quality standards.
-Verify the accuracy of orders against delivery schedules and ensure that all items are ready for dispatch.
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the food dispatch area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
