1. Lead Engineer (i)
Job Description:
This position is for Purchasing Team Well experienced in Procurement of Materials such as Spares,
Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Fire & Safety etc. Shall be capable to perform Technical Evaluation of the supplier’s offer.
Expediting the delivery and closure of Purchase order / Long Term Supply Agreement until financial payment to supplier.
Coordinating and Managing the vendor / supplier Data.
Shall be able to handle task related to ISO, Budget & Planning.
Qualification:
Graduate Engineer in Electrical /Mechanical discipline.
Minimum Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in Sourcing /Purchasing
Lead Engineer (ii)
Job Description:
This position is for Purchasing Team
1) Shall be required to perform Technical Evaluation, Prepare RFQs / PO / Long Term Supply Agreement.
2) Ensure that procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including internal policies and procedures, contractual obligations, and external regulations.
3) Shall be required to generate reports on procurement activities, vendor performance and contract management for management and internal stakeholders.
4) Should be able to negotiate contracts, prices, and agreements on behalf of the company with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost savings while ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Civil/ Mechanical /Electrical /Chemical /Electronics Discipline.
Preferably Mechanical Engineer
Minimum Experience:
1) Minimum of 12 years’ experience in sourcing /purchasing flow line pipes, valves, equipment's,
compressors, pumps, drilling / Wellhead accessories etc.
2) Knowledge of International Standards and Codes such as API/ASTM/ASME/TEMA/BS etc. is essential.
3) Shall have a good command of English language, should be able to read, write and
speak fluently and capable of preparing comprehensive Tender / Contract Documents.
4) Shall be conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Lead Engineer (iii)
Job Description:
This position is for Warehouse Management Team
1) Performs inspection of materials and equipment delivered to KOC Warehouses related to OCTGs, Drilling, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical and Civil works etc.
2) Ensure quality inspection of incoming material & generate quality reports.
3) Shall supervise activities of other assigned Engineers.
4) Reviews specification for delivered materials. This encompasses product quality, ensuring clear
specifications and operational safety.
5) Handle Third Party Inspection & Coordination with various End User & Purchasing Teams.
6) Prepare reports, charts, emails, memos etc.
7) Communicate with internal and external agencies to ensure quality inspection.
8) Perform inventory and warehouse management.
9) Should be able to coordinate and manage manpower in the section.
10) Identifies opportunities for improvements in warehouse management, stacking policies, material handling & other storage related matters.
11) Performs other related duties such as giving advice to users on preparation of specifications, material inspection requirements, inspection procedures, adhering to HSEMS rules and regulations.
Qualification:
Graduate Engineer in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical /Electronics Discipline.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Inspection
of equipment, instruments and materials related to OCTGs, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,
Chemical and Civil.
1) Familiar with technical services, Warehouse & inventory management, planning, design and construction of infrastructure, project management, technical training, Contract Management, planning and expediting activities, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.
2) Familiar with tendering and contracting, planning and expediting, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.
3) Knowledge of International Standards and Codes such as API/ASTM/ASME/TEMA/BS etc. is essential.
4) Have a good command of English language, should be able to read, write and speak fluently and capable of preparing Comprehensive Inspection Reports.
5) Shall be conversant in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
2. Engineer-I
(i) Job Description:
This position is for Inventory Control Team
1) Directs the activities of assigned personnel.
2) Analyses and verifies technical specifications and to determine
if similar items exist in catalog and whether requests for new items are valid.
3) Reviews all specification for direct materials purchased. This encompasses product quality, ensuring clear specifications, operational safety and cost versus quality.
4) Studies the Company's requirements for technical specifications related to store stock items. Advises on changes to specifications to suit both technical and market considerations.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience.
Engineer - I
(ii) Job Description:
This position is for Purchasing Team

Engineer - I
(iv) Job Description:
This position is for Demand Planning & Strategic Sourcing Team
1) Conduct market analysis/studies and provides insights about industry trends, practices, technology and innovation to identify areas of improvement and to identify market segments that have not been previously considered in order to enhance KOC purchasing / sourcing activities. This includes conducting site visits when necessary.
2) Develops and updates Purchasing & Materials Management Group policies, Model contracts, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
3) Identifies and collects appropriate oil companies, market, economic, financial and operational data (Market Intelligence) in order to benchmark with KOC’s data.
4) Measures past demand and estimates future needs of end users by using both qualitative and quantitative tools in order to optimize cost.
5) Performs budget vs actual material and spends analyses to monitor KOC expenditure on purchases and identify areas of improvements.
6) Reviews current sourcing practices in order to identify sourcing gaps.
7) Reviews short-term purchases to identify if that can be changed into long-term agreements to enhance KOC's Purchasing approach.
8) Conducts benchmarking & evaluation of manufacturers of IOCs/ NOCs to ensure the process of evaluation in KOC produces the most suitable supplier.
Qualification:
Should be a Graduate Engineer in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical /Electronics Discipline.
Minimum Experience:
1) Shall have a minimum 10 years’ of experience in Sourcing / Purchasing.
2) Should have worked in areas related to tendering, contracting & Strategic planning
Engineer - I
(v) Job Description:
This position is for Warehouse Management Team
