Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agriculture Manager to oversee our agricultural projects, farms, and nurseries. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of agricultural projects, ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
Oversee farm and nursery activities, including crop cultivation, soil health management, and pest control.
Implement effective strategies to improve yield, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality produce.
Supervise and mentor a team of agricultural staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and work plans to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular assessments and prepare reports on productivity, costs, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary resources and manage inventory.
Implement sustainable farming practices to maintain soil quality and promote environmental conservation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in agriculture management, including projects, farms, and nurseries.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent understanding of agriculture techniques, equipment, and sustainability practices.
Ability to oversee department operations effectively and drive results.
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
