Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and other essential computer skills, with strong English communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
• Handle office correspondence and communication
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and other support duties
• Support in procurement, inventory management, and other office logistics
Requirements:
• Visa: Must have a valid 18-number visa (transferable)
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration or a similar role
• Skills:
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications
o Excellent command of English (both written and verbal communication)
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability: Must be available for immediate joining
