Sales Analyst – F&B Division
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data, reports, and trends to provide insights into performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor the success of sales campaigns and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the F&B division.
• Support the Sales & Development Manager in setting sales forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies.
• Assist in managing corporate contact profiles and tracking bulk deal opportunities.
• Evaluate and monitor sales performance on delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo).
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as revenue, customer acquisition, retention rates, and delivery platform metrics.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pitches, and proposals.
• Assist in creating and executing communication emails for sales campaigns and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences.
• Provide recommendations for improving the sales process and driving efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle and support promotional activities based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales analysis, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI software, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for reporting insights and recommendations.
• Experience with delivery platforms and corporate sales is a plus.
