Position: - Accountant
Salary Range: - Depends on Experience
Requirement:-
1) Proven experience as an Accountant.
2) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounts or equivalent qualification preferred.
3) Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
Major Responsibilities and Duties :
• Management of Petty Cash
• Preparation of Payment Requests and onward submission to Accounts Department.
• Ensure daily submission of Cash & Cheque in the bank and update the records with Account Department.
• Collection of Cash and Credit Payments in coordination with messenger and updating the system in coordination with Accounts Department.
• Arrangement of Financial Instruments (LC, LG, Bank Guarantees, etc.,) in co-ordination with accounts department.
• Co-ordinate with Sales Team and Accounts Department to ensure Invoice submission and posting of all entry related to Department.
• Identify overdue payments and recommend next course of action.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Charts, Department performance Reports, Sales team incentive reports etc.
• Issuance of Statement of Accounts as required.
• Preparation of balance sheet
• Budget Preparation and Analysis and Reporting of Expenses v/s Budget
• Monitoring, Reporting of Assets and Depreciations
• Tracking & Update of the Payable and Receivable Amounts – Follow up and Reporting.
• Ensure the timely closing of Open Purchase orders in the system.
• Keeping of all the financial records and maintaining the filing system.
• Payroll Management.
• Auditing & Reviewing
