Commis 1 – Cold Section (Salad Preparation)

Key Responsibilities:

*Prepare a variety of fresh salads and cold appetizers following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
*Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation with attention to detail.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
*Assist in the preparation and storage of ingredients, including proper handling of vegetables, fruits, and cold cuts.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen, specifically in the cold section.
*Strong knowledge of salad preparation techniques and the ability to create visually appealing dishes.
*Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
*Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
