Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of fresh salads and cold appetizers following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and support other sections as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen, specifically in the cold section.
• Strong knowledge of salad preparation techniques and the ability to create visually appealing dishes.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
