Looking for CDPs to join our Kitchen!!
Must have relevant experience in the same field and must have experience in delivery concept.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Station Management: Oversee and manage your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
Quality Control: Ensure that all food is presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and that all portions are correct.
Inventory Management: Assist in the ordering and inventory control of your section, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, providing guidance and instruction on proper cooking techniques and station responsibilities.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen activities follow strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards, including food safety protocols.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to contribute to menu planning and new dish ideas based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Efficiency and Consistency: Maintain high efficiency and consistency during service, ensuring that all orders are completed within the required time frame and to the exact specifications.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues or challenges quickly, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during service.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure your section is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, and assist in general kitchen cleaning duties as needed.

Salary provided : 350KD
Must be residing in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
