Position: Sales Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and developers.
• Promote and sell ready-mix concrete solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry.
• Basic knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and applications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
