Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing departments by managing customer accounts, assisting in the promotion of food ingredient products, and coordinating with suppliers and clients. The role requires an understanding of the food industry, ingredient functionality, and customer needs to deliver exceptional service and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
1. Order Processing: Manage order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing.
3. Market Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
4. Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and distribute sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
5. Account Management: Monitor key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Marketing Coordination:
1. Marketing Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote food ingredients.
2. Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, and presentations.
3. Digital Marketing: Support online promotions, manage social media accounts, and update the company website with current offerings.
4. Trade Shows & Events: Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
5. Brand Awareness: Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
Collaboration:
1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality assurance, and production) to meet customer specifications.
2. Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
3. Support sales teams with product demonstrations and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of food ingredients, product formulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles, digital tools, and customer engagement strategies.
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret sales data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Must posses valid Kuwaiti Driving license
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience:
• 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
Technical Tools:
• CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP systems for inventory and order management
