Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the product line. This role requires a deep understanding of tools and technologies and a proven track record in sales management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with the best solutions.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the Oil industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience working in an international environment.
