Position: Medical Center Director/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Center Director/Manager to lead our medical center in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure the center's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Foster a patient-centric environment and promote excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
Proven expertise in strategic planning and management.
Strong track record of leading and developing teams.
In-depth understanding of medical center operations and healthcare systems.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
