We are urgently hiring for Call Agent (Bilingual) locally from Kuwait.

Duties:

Booking orders on POS / Online Order System - ERP
Receiving in bound calls from customers
Dialing Outbound calls to the customers
Follow up and coordination from Store / location and central kitchen
Coordination with delivery drivers

Reporting Duties

Order Cancellation report
Order delay report
Missing items report
Wrong order report
hours
Not cooked / served cold food report
Order delay report

9 hours duty
Male / Female are welcome

Visa 18 ahli visa holder
immediate joiners
Morning and evening shift on rotation or as per the business requirement
