Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years of experience

Qualifications & Requirements as below:

- Minimum 6 years of diversified experience in maintenance planning for tank farms in petroleum or petrochemical plants.
- Planning Engineer (Mechanical) – 8 Yrs Minimum Experience
- 4 Yrs Engineering Degree in Mechanical
- Six (6) years of diversified experience in maintenance of Tank form planning work in petroleum, petrochemical related plants
- Must have Construction Experience
- Proficient in using Primavera P6 (Latest Version)
- Preparation of Baseline Schedule (Level 6)
- Supervise and control the work of personnel in his charge
- Initiate and supervise feeding of Maintenance Work Orders shut down tanks
- Prepare cost estimates of Maintenance Work Orders, follow-up to obtain approval. Identify priority, materials foreman and establish sequence of activates.
- Prepare scope of work, bar charts and critical path diagrams of shut down tanks.
- Monitor actual cost of all maintenance Work Orders and justify overruns.
- Follow-up on inspection recommendations and plan future requirements for materials.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance and construction work.
- Prepare planning and scheduling documents.
- Able to direct the work of subordinate staff, plan work functions of the facility, make quick sound decisions & decide on necessity to repair or replace parts.
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Be capable of group communications to direct and control work for which he is responsible.
- Have the ability to prepare maintenance forms, reports, letters and the like
