Hiring Supervisor for Orders delivery drivers

Description

Responsibilities:

1.Supervise and Monitor delivery drivers Shift Schedules

2.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

3.Track and report delivery metrics and performance to management

4.Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery and logistics

5.Train and mentor new delivery staff as necessary

6.Maintain and update google sheet regards to the recording of daily orders and hours

7.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations

Requirements:

1.At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

2.Ability to manage a team of drivers and coordinate deliveries

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4.Ability to analyze data and provide reports on delivery performance.

5.Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed
6.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the delivery industry

7.Strong organizational and time- management abilities

8.Familiarity with GPS software and tracking systems

Hours Working - 12 Hrs

Week Off - 4 Day's In a Month (Exclude - Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
