We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Document interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
