Required Sales Supervisor

- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities through market research, outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Prospect for new customers through cold calling, email, attending networking events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, provide ongoing support, handle inquiries, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services and build relationships within the industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fields of decoration and contracting.
