Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
* Accurately identify hardware and software problems affecting device functionality.
* Utilize diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint specific issues.
* Analyze error messages and system logs to determine root causes.

* Software and Data Recovery:
* Update device software to the latest versions.
* Troubleshoot software-related issues.
* Recover lost data, such as photos, contacts, and files.

* Customer Service:
* Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues in clear and concise terms.
* Communicate repair status and estimated timelines effectively.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices
* Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and hardware components
* Experience with soldering and microsoldering techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
* Certification in mobile device repair
* Experience with data recovery techniques

Language: Arabic & English
Minimum Experience: 3 years
