Description

Our Client, one of the largest Petrochemical Company in Kuwait is currently recruiting for Office Administrator position in Kuwait. Candidate should be available in Kuwait on transferable visa and can join immediately / short notice.

Position: Office Administrator
Location : Shuaiba, Kuwait
Contract Duration : Long Term Permanent
Type of Hire : Secondment Contract (Under Brunel’s Visa & Pay Rolling)
Salary & Benefits: Attractive all Inclusive monthly salary

Role Description:
• To provide administrative support to the employees and leaders and carry out tasks in coordination with concerned departments / units for processing of requests pertaining to employee services, travel bookings, time attendance and other required requests / documents while ensuring compliance to corporate and local laws and regulations.

Qualification & Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma in Secretarial or Diploma in Business Admin/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Administration, Secretarial position, Office Management or relevant field.
• Capable of scheduling and tracking meetings and appointments, booking flights, and handling business travel arrangements.
• Experience in making PowerPoint presentations, software knowledge of SAP for Purchase Requisition (PR) creation and store reservations.
