Looking for a General Manager experienced in F&B sector, Minimum experiences
 15 years.
Responsibilities: -

Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns that align with business goals.
Manage the business budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Proven experience in operations management within the events industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the event planning process.
Manage budgets and financial plans for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
