About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. You’ll help ensure a productive and legally compliant work environment while contributing to employee engagement and development.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
• Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support effective resolutions.
• Foster a positive workplace through engagement initiatives and communication.
Performance Management:
• Support performance appraisals and assist managers in evaluations.
HR Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
HR Administration:
• Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Update HR systems and maintain organized personnel files.
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Transferable Visa
