Position - Fire Fighting Engineer
Experience – 5 to 6 Years
Qualifications – BE Graduate
Work Responsibilities –
1. Design of Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Pump Room & Pre Action system (Deluge)
2. Design of FM 200 System
3. Preparation of design drawing for Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Hydrant system and Fire Pump Room.
4. Must be familiar with all NFPA & UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) Regulations
5. Material Selection and Submittal Preparation
6. Material Request
7. Site Execution - Installation of Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Pump Room, Pre Action system (Deluge), FM 200 System & Fire alarm system.
8. Integration of Complete Fire Protection system.
9. Material Inspections
10. Site Installation Inspections
11. Monitoring Safety Requirements
12. Close Coordination with Client
13. Monitor and Control Subcontractor performance to achieve the project objectives of safe, timely and quality completion of project within budget.
14. Assist in identifying contract changes and ensuring proper contractual coverage, maintaining corporate control files.
15. Ensure timely contract progress and closeouts by maintaining the approved schedule and requesting resource in advance to prevent delay.
16. Close Follow up of Project Schedule / Coordination with Scheduler to complete the work within approved project schedule
