Job Vacancy: Commis Positions Available

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our culinary team in the following areas: Salad Section, Vegetable Washing, and Arabic Grill Section.

Specific Qualifications by Section
Salad Section
• Expertise in salad preparation, including oriental and international varieties.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling salads, knives, and recipes.
• Creative flair for plating and presentation.
• Knowledge of various salad types, dressings, and garnishes.
• Culinary training is a plus.
Vegetable Washing
• Knowledge of vegetable types, preparation, and storage.
• Detail-oriented for ensuring cleanliness and quality.
• Basic knife skills for trimming and cutting vegetables as needed.
Arabic Grill Section
• At least 5 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, specifically the grill section.
• Familiarity with grilling techniques and Arabic spices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-heat environment.
